尼莫地平治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nimodipine in the Treatment of Cerebral Vasospasm after Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

目的:探析尼莫地平治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年5月~2016年4月收治的78例蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛患者为研究对象,以数字随机表达法为依据进行分组,各39例。对照组和观察组患者分别接受常规治疗、尼莫地平治疗,对比分析临床治疗效果。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率为92.31%,与对照组的74.36%相比,差异显著(P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者的大脑中动脉血流平均速值与对照组相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:尼莫地平治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛临床效果较为显著,能起到降低脑血管痉挛发生率的作用,安全性高。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of nimodipine in the treatment of cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods：78 patients with cerebral vasospasm after subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2016 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into groups according to the method of digital random expression.The control group and observation group were treated with conventional treatment,nimodipine treatment,comparative analysis of clinical treatment.Results：The observation group of the total effective rate was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（74.36%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,Compared with the control group,the mean velocity of the middle cerebral artery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ping treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage after cerebral vasospasm clinical effect is more significant,can play a lower incidence of cerebral vasospasm,safety.
