护理干预对异位妊娠保守治疗效果的影响分析

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探究护理干预对异位妊娠保守治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年1月我院160例异位妊娠并进行保守治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组80例(保守治疗加护理干预),对照组80例(保守治疗)。观察对比两组患者的治疗总有效率及对护理工作满意率。结果:实验组总有效率为95.0%(76例)高于对照组83.8%(67例),两组患者的总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理工作满意度为100%,对照组的护理工作满意度85.0%,两组患者的满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为异位妊娠保守治疗患者增加护理干预,一方面有助于提高治疗效果,另外还能有效的提高护理满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：From January 2014 to January 2015,160 patients with ectopic pregnancy and conservative treatment were randomly divided into experimental group（re =80）.conservative group（re = 80） and conservative group（n =80））.The total effective rate of treatment and the satisfaction rate of nursing were observed and compared between the two groups,Results：The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%（76 cases） higher than the control group of 83,8%（67 cases）,the total effective rate of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;experimental group nursing work satisfaction 100%and 85.0%in the control group respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups in satisfaction（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients increased nursing intervention,on the one hand help to improve the treatment effect,the other can effectively improve the care satisfaction.
