摘要
UOP Cycle Max连续催化重整装置中的转油线具有管径大、温度高、工况多的特点,并且与之相连的设备管嘴许用受力要求也极其苛刻。因此,转油线的设计对连续重整装置至关重要,其设计水平影响着连续重整装置的正常运行和使用寿命。以某在建的1.2 Mt/a连续催化重整装置为例,从管道布置、温度工况、支架设计、冷紧设计4个方面分析了重整转油线的设计,并总结了重整转油线设计中的要点,为连续重整转油线的设计提供了有益的工程经验。
The transfer line of UOP CycleMax continuous catalytic reforming(CCR)unit is characterized by large diameter, high temperature and multiple operating conditions,and the requirements of the nozzle allowable forces and moments of the equipment connected to the transfer line are extremely rigid.Therefore,the design of the transfer line is very significant to CCR unit,and its design level affects the normal operation and service life of the CCR unit.Based on a newly designed 1.2Mt/a CCR unit,this article analyzes the design of transfer line in CCR unit,including piping layout,temperature case,design of support and cold spring,and summarizes the key points in the design of transfer line,providing useful engineering experience for the design of CCR transfer line.
