食管癌术后鼻部压疮防治与护理的研究进展

Research progress of prevention and treatment of nasal pressure ulcer after esophageal cancer surgery

综述食管癌术后鼻部压疮发生现状、风险因素的认识、预防、治疗与护理的研究进展,指出临床医护人员要客观地承认食管癌术后鼻部压疮发生的危险因素,重视预防,做好局部和整体的评估、治疗和护理,并努力研究,才可能取得突破性进展。

This article reviewed the status quo of nasal pressure sores in postoperative esophageal cancer,the research progress of knowing of risk factors,prevention,treatment,and nursing.It pointed out that clinical staffs should objectively recognize the risk factors of nasal pressure sores in postoperative esophageal cancer,focus on prevention,take properly assessment,treatment,and nursing on details and overall,and keep efforts to study,which may make a breakthrough in research.
