学校档案建设的“大数据时代”

On the “Big Data Era” in the School Archive Construction

近几年来,学校档案建设得到了快速发展,但存在着档案媒介纸质化、档案系统缺乏预测功能、档案应用呈现"僵尸状"等问题。随着"大数据理念"的普及,档案工作难度增加,工作模式被颠覆,也加剧了学校档案工作的"瓶颈"制约。因此,我们应该重视档案数据源头、信息安全与服务功能的建设,积极适应方兴未艾的"大数据时代"。

In recent years, the construction of the school files has been developed quickly. Yet there＇re still lots of problems. For in-stance ,most of the files are paper. The file system lacks the function of prediction. And the application of the files becomes somewhat zom-bie. With the popularization of big data, the archival work becomes harder and harder and the work model is overturned. Therefore, we should care for the data sourse, information safety, and the construction of service.
