以氢氧化钾为活化剂的干污泥吸附剂制备研究 被引量:5

摘要 以氢氧化钾为活化剂,利用福建省漳州开发区污水处理厂剩余污泥为原料制备干污泥吸附剂。探讨了干污泥吸附剂制备过程中活化剂浓度、活化温度、活化时间和活化剂与原料液固比四个因素对产物吸附性能的影响。发现其最佳制备条件为:氢氧化钾浓度为3mol/L,氢氧化钾与干污泥液固比为2:1,活化时间为90 min,活化温度为550℃。并且比较最佳条件下制备出的干污泥吸附剂与活性炭对亚甲基蓝吸附性能,发现最佳条件下干污泥吸附剂对亚甲基蓝平衡吸附值能够达到8.53 mg/g,略低于活性炭。 Taking potassium hydroxide as activation agent,excess sludge from a wastewater treatment plant in Zhangzhou development zone is used to make dry sludge adsorbent.Effect of activation agent concentration,activation temperature,activation time and the ratio of solid to liquid to adsorption performance are studied.The optimal preparation condition is found when potassium hydroxide concentration is 3 mol/L,solid to liquid ratio is 2:1,activation time is 90 mins,and activation temperature is 550 ℃.Adsorption capacity of methylene blue by dry sludge and activated carbon is compared,and results show that adsorption capacity of methylene blue is 8.53 mg/g by dry sludge,which is lower than that by activated carbon.
