三种不同基质对山丹丹生长发育的影响

Effects of Three Kinds of Different Matrices on Seedball and Bloom of Lilium Pumilum

通过研究三种不同基质配方对山丹丹现蕾、花期以及种球出苗率、直径、高度和鲜重的影响。结果表明:基质A(平菇废料:蛭石:珍珠岩=l:1:1)处理的种球出苗率、直径、高度、鲜重生长指标明显优于其它育苗,研究结果为培育高品质山丹丹提供了一定的理论依据。

This paper investigates the effects of three different substrates formula on the Lilium pumilum budding,florescence,sprouting rate,seedball diameter,height and fresh weight,bud of Lilium pumilum.The results show that the growth induces of treatment A（pleurotus ostreatus waste：peat：vermiculite = 1：1：1） including seeding sprouting rate,seedball diameter,height and fresh weight,are significantly higher than those of other treatments.Its cultivation of high-quality Lilium pumilum provides a theoretical basis.
