Taking entrepreneurs as the research object, this paper carries out research and interviews new start-ups of 14 cities in Anhui Province. Based on the data of 501 samples, the empirical analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurial moti-vation and entrepreneurial learning is made. According to the classification of entrepreneurial motivation, Global En-trepreneurial Motivation divides entrepreneurial motive into opportunity motivation and survival motivation to study the effect of different entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial learning behavior. The results show that survival motivation and en-trepreneurial learning are significantly negatively correlated, which may result from the entrepreneurs are forced to start and they do not want to spend a certain amount of learning costs. Thus, the willing of learning and the learning intensity are weak. The intenser the entrepreneurial survival motivation is, the weaker the entrepreneurial learning behavior is. However, opportu-nity motivation and entrepreneurial learning are significantly positive correlated, because entrepreneurs with opportunity moti-vation would like to take the initiative to seize the opportunity and actively start up. In the face of uncertainty and risk of en-trepreneurial process, they are willing to spend the cost of entrepreneurial learning to enhance entrepreneurial competence , to promote the healthy and sustainable development of new enterprises. The more the entrepreneurial opportunities motivation is, the stronger the entrepreneurial learning behavior becomes.
