On the Development and Construction of Nansha New District: in the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

"十二五"时期,南沙区委、区政府以提效破局为主题,发挥国家新区先行先试优势,抓好各项改革工作,加快发展,南沙新区建设取得可喜成绩:经济增长迅速,城市建设、港澳深度融合、区域交通枢纽地位取得新突破,房地产业明显升温,重点税源不断壮大。"十三五"时期,南沙新区面临着重大发展机遇,国家政策利好,南沙新区片区的发展定位更加清晰。因此,要以打造粤港澳合作示范区为重点,抓紧细化产业结构规划;以促进高端制造业发展为龙头,大力发展生产性服务业,完善自由贸易区的建设;以提升主导产业竞争力为重点,加快相关产业配套建设。

During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period, Nansha District Committee and municipal government made great achievement in the development of Nansha District. As a new district of China,reforms were carried on very well and economy grew rapidly. New breakthrough has been made in fields of urban construction,deep cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao,etc.Entering the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,Nansha New District is facing a very good opportunity for development. National policy favors Nansha and the local developing target is clearer than before. Therefore,local government should focus on the construction of Hong Kong-Macao-Guangdong cooperation demonstrating area, make detailed industry construction plan; develop high-end manufacturing industry and perfect the construction of the Free Tread Area; improve the competing competence of the leading industry and accelerating the relevant supporting industry.
