经济转型期大学生就业难现象的根源与对策——基于人力资本视角

Reason and Solution: Employment Difficulty of University Students in the Economic Transition Period

大学生就业是当前社会就业问题的关键。本文从宏观经济发展与劳动力市场体系运作层面剖析大学生就业难现象的根源,并结合我国经济转型期现代服务业发展的契机,提出加快发展现代服务业吸纳大学生就业,优化劳动力市场环境促进大学生就业,建立健全社会保障体系和就业信息平台建设推动大学生就业,对于解决大学生就业难问题提供一定建议,从而实现高等教育人力资本投资的预期回报并延长收益流。

Employment of university students is the key to current social unemployment problem. This paper analyzes of the deep reason of college students＇ unemployment from aspects of macro economic development and operation of labor market system. It holds that the economic opportunity in the transition period of modern service industry in China should be caught and the development of modern service industry should be speeded up. By optimizing the environment of the labor market,establishing a sound social security system and employment information platform,university students＇ unemployment problem could be solved to some extent. Suggestions are provided and it hopes that the expected human capital investment in higher education could be returned and the revenue stream could be increased.
