文章探讨"校企社政"联动,建立并完善区、街、社区三级社区教育网络。在三级网络建成,还要对三级网络中各网之间联系、管理、运作及服务质量控制根据学习型社会构建的规律采取多方联动,分工合作、共同管理的模式。阐述终身教育体系的创新建设,打造"人人皆学、时时能学、处处可学"的社区教育平台。

Cooperation of school-enterprise-society-govemment is discussed in this article. Construction and perfection of the three-tier community education network is also mentioned, i.e., district, street, community. With the three-tier network being built, management, operation and service quality control to the nets should also be looked into under the rule of Learning Society Building. The innovated construction of lifelong education system is illustrated, aiming to build a community education platform on which everybody could learn freely anytime and anywhere.
