软肝煎治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

Clinical observation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease treated with Ruanganjian decoction

[目的]观察自拟软肝煎对非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效。[方法]将符合入选标准的病例60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,对照组30例,分别采用软肝煎及多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,疗程均为12周。观察两组患者肝功、血脂、腹部B超变化。[结果]治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为86.7%和73.3%,治疗后两组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),肝脏B超较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。[结论]软肝煎对非酒精性脂肪肝疗效确切,值得临床推广。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect on treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） by using Ruanganjian decoction. [Methods] Sixty NAFLD cases conforming to the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in treatment group（30 cases） were treated with Ruanganjian decoction and patients in control group（30 cases） were treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules. All patients were treated for 12 weeks. Liver function,blood lipid levels and B-mode ultrasound of patients were observed. [Results] The total effective rate in treatment group was 86.7% whereas that in control group was 73.3%.The levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,gamma-glutamyl transferase,total cholesterol,triglyceride and the result of Bmode ultrasound were obviously improved after treatment（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Ruanganjian decoction is effective for the treatment of NAFLD and worthy in clinical application.
