摘要
针对仪器分析实验教学中欠缺样品前处理环节的问题,开发并建立了一种利用固相萃取富集水样中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,并利用紫外可见分光光度计对其进行测定的创新型实验。实验优化了固相萃取条件,考察了方法的线性范围、回收率及富集倍数等分析指标。通过该实验的开展,不仅可加深学生对样品前处理环节的理解,而且能使学生掌握完整的样品分析过程,提高学生解决实际分析问题的能力和综合素质。
Due to the lack of sample pretreatment in the instrument analysis experimental teaching,an innovative experiment for enhancement and analysis of diethyl phthalate in water by using solid phase extraction and ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer was developed in this paper. Solid phase extraction procedure was optimized. The linear range,recovery rate and enhancement factor of the method were investigated. The experiment can effectively deepen the student's understanding of the sample pretreatment technology. It also can improve students' ability to solve practical problem analysis and enhance the students' comprehensive ability.
