基于应用型人才培养的化学实验教学策略研究

Research on the teaching strategies of chemistry experiment based on cultivation of the application-oriented talents

为了满足国家社会转型和经济结构调整的要求,加强应用型人才培养成为地方本科高校的中心工作。突出"以学生为主体,自主学习策略"的教学理念,培养学生综合实验能力,有利于提高学生的科学素质。针对目前地方高校化学实验教学中存在的教学内容、教学组织与学习评价等方面的问题进行分析,提出了相应的教学策略,如实验教学内容系统化、调动学生自主学习的主动性、学生学习考核过程化等,有效促进了高素质应用型人才脱颖而出。

In order to meet the requirements of the national social transformation and economic structure adjustment,strengthening the cultivation of applied talents has become the central work of Local Universities. Based on students as principal part and self-regulated learning strategies teaching philosophy. Experimental teaching plays a key role in improving the students＇ scientific quality by cultivating students＇ comprehensive experimental ability. In local universities chemical experimental teaching,there are some problems concerning the content of experimental teaching,organizational learning,and learning evaluation of experimental teaching and so on,and proposes the corresponding experimental teaching strategy of content systematization,learning initiative and learning assessment process which will bring high quality application-oriented talents to the fore.
