实验室是全面实施综合素质教育,培养具有知识创新及科技创新能力的应用型人才的重要场所。根据独立学院应用型人才培养目标,针对其在实验室规划和建设方面的实践经验及取得的成效,从实验基础设施建设、文科实验室建设、资源优化配置与整合、实验队伍建设四个方面进行探讨,对我国以应用型人才为培养目标的新建本科院校在加强实验室建设、培养应用型人才方面有一定的启示作用。
