实验技术人员是高校仪器管理的主力军,是提高仪器利用率的关键因素之一。实验技术人员只有在合理的仪器采购、高效的仪器使用、熟练的仪器维护与维修、严谨的仪器报废和实用的仪器改造与新功能开发五个环节中都充分发挥"5P"主动性,才能做到仪器的科学管理和有效利用。只有实验技术人员主观上摆正心态,不断提高自身专业素质,建立继续教育机制,仪器管理工作量化考核,制定相关的激励政策,才能稳定实验技术人员队伍,充分发挥实验技术人员的仪器管理职能,从而促进高校实验教学和科研工作有序进行。

Laboratory technicians are the main force of instruments management,which is one of the key factors to improve the utilization ratio of the instruments in colleges. Only if the ＂5P ＂effective function of instruments management including purchase,usage,repair and changes laboratory technicians have played,could the instruments be managed scientifically and effectively. On the one hand,laboratory technicians subjectively should keep the correct attitude and constantly improve their professional ability,on the other,policies in further education,quantitative assessment of instrument management and treatment aspects should be developed. Only in the way could the team of laboratory technicians who can play the effective function of instrument management be stabilized,which is conductive to the experimental teaching and scientific research developed orderly.
