摘要
随着城市雾霾的日益严重,挥发性有机废气治理技术的研究和应用引起广泛重视。生物过滤法处理废气以其低成本、无二次污染等优点备受关注,生物过滤法废气治理实验也成为环境工程相关实验的重要组成部分。目前应用于高校实验室的废气生物治理实验装置较少,且功能单一,调节适应性不强。针对这一问题,研制了一组复合生物滤池实验装置,在装置设计中考虑填料、池体连接方式灵活性、多种实验参数的获取、微生物形态观察等因素,能够满足演示、设计及验证实验的要求,有利于学生对挥发性有机废气生物处理工艺及参数选取过程的理解。
With the increasing serious frog-haze in the city of china,the volatile organic compounds( VOCs) treatment technology cause widespread concern. Biofiltration of waste gas is a promising technology for its low cost and no secondary pollution. The biofiltration of waste gas treatment experiment has become an important part of environmental engineering experiment. But the experimental device is less and simple about the biological treatment of waste gas. To solve this problem,the composite biofilter experimental device is developed. The packing,flexibility of the connection,multiparameter data acquisition,microbial morphology,and other factors are considered in the device design. The demonstration,design and verification experiment could be completed by this device,which can help the students understand the biological treatment process of VOCs and parameter selection.
