多校区高校资产管理系统的应用与思考

Application and consideration of asset management system in multi-campus colleges and universities

针对多校区高校资产管理难度加大,结合宁波工程学院管理特点定制了资产管理系统。基于校园网的资产管理系统通过统一身份认证实现登录,可以完成仪器设备、家具、房产、图书及低值耐用品的入账、查询、变动、处置、清查、调拨等,充分发挥了资产管理系统的作用,解决了校区分散、空间距离远等原因造成的资产入账难、管理难的问题,使管理者能够精准分析资产状况,提高了多校区高校资产管理工作的效率。

In view of the increasing difficulties of asset management in multi-campus colleges and universities,we customize the asset management system which combined with the characteristics of the asset management in multi-campus. Based on the campus network,every teacher logs asset management system through uniform identity authentication. We can record,query,change,disposal,check and transfer equipment,furniture,real estate,books and the low value durable equipment with this system.In this way,it can give full play to the role of the asset management system,and solve the difficulties of asset management in multi-campus caused by far dispersion and spatial distance. The managers can accurate analysis of assets,and improve the efficiency of asset management of the multi-campus by this system.
