甘肃省科技型中小企业金融服务平台构建研究

The Study on the Construction of the Financial Service Platform for Scientific and Technic SMEs in Gansu Province

在我国大力推进科技创新和科技型中小企业金融服务平台发展现状的背景下,文章从我国科技型中小企业金融服务平台的内涵和运行模式入手,提出了甘肃省科技型中小企业金融服务平台的结构模型,即以信息资源服务平台为基础,投融资服务平台为主体,征信服务平台、增值服务平台和担保服务平台为保障的运行模式。文章从政府引导、金融产品创新、打造投融资生态链条、资本市场融资培育等方面提出了平台的建设对策。

Under the background of vigorously promoting the technological innovation and the development of the financial service platform for scientific and technic SMEs in China, the paper firstly analyses the connotation and operation mode of the financial service platform for scientific and technic SMEs. And then, the paper puts forward the structural model of the financial service platform for scientific and technic SMEs in Gansu province, which includes information resources service platform as the foundation, investment and financing service platform as the main body, the credit information service platform, value-added service platform and guarantee service platform as the safeguard. Finally, the paper puts forward advice on the construction of the platform from the aspects of government guidance, financial product innovation, building the investment and financing ecological chain and fostering capital market financing and so on.
