摘要
心理需求异化作为一个哲学、社会学和心理学概念,可以用来解释为什么人的思想、意识、行为不能够与其自身、他人、自然实现真正统一。当前面对越来越多元化的价值取向,基层央行员工的思想、行为也不可避免地受到影响,导致个体需求差异显著。本文探索性对心理需求异化的内涵进行了定义,结合基层人民银行实际,对员工心理需求异化的具体表现形式和成因进行了调查分析,并针对异化给员工行为监督管理带来的挑战,提出了应对措施和解决途径。
The psychological need alienation as a concept of philosophy, sociology and psychology can be used to explain why people's thought, consciousness and behavior will not be able to reach a real unification with themselves, others and nature. Facing an increasingly diverse value orientation, grassroots central bank staff's thought and behaviors are also inevitably affected, leading to a significant individual demand. The paper explores to define the connotation of the psychological demand alienation, and combining with the reality of grassroots central banks, makes the investigation and analysis on the concrete manifestation and the cause of staff's psychological need alienation. And finally, aiming at the challenges for supervision and administration of staff's behavior brought by the alienation, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and solutions.
