摘要
LVDT传感器信号调理电路的稳定性、可靠性及抗干扰能力,直接影响测试数据的可靠性和精度,为满足高可靠性及高精度的测量需求,设计了基于AD698芯片的LVDT传感器高灵敏度测量电路,将LVDT传感器输出的交变电信号转换成直流信号输出,供计算机采集处理。实际使用表明:该信号调理电路运行稳定,精度高,并可适用于各种量程的LVDT传感器。
The stability,reliability and anti - interference ability of LVDT signal modulation circuit directly affect the reliability and accuracy of the test data. In order to meet the requirements of high reliability and high accuracy, a high sensitivity measurement circuit design of LVDT based on AD698 is studied to convert the AC outputted of LVDT into DC signal which can be processed by computer. The practical use show that this signal modulation circuit with high pre-cision is stable and suitable for various range of LVDT.
