摘要
以割手密GX83-10嫩叶鞘为材料,从愈伤组织诱导、继代、分化,分化苗增殖壮苗、生根等方面,探讨了割手密嫩叶鞘愈伤组织诱导与成苗技术,为开展割手密抗逆基因的功能鉴定研究提供技术参考。
In the experiment, tender leaf sheath of Saccharum spontaneum L.(GX83-10) was cultured in vivo to study embryogenic callus induction, subculture and differentiation, the regenerated plantlets growing and rooting.The technology of embryogenic callus induction and plantlets growing of Saccharum spontaneum L.was established and optimized, which provide reference for its identification of stress resistance gene function.
