摘要
为能更好地研究甘蔗多糖,对蒽酮浓硫酸法葡萄糖标准曲线的显色条件作了系统的分析研究。研究表明:90℃恒温水浴下,10mg/L^100mg/L葡萄糖含量范围内,浓硫酸用量配比3.0m L(A)、2.8m L(B)、2.7m L(C)、2.6m L(D)、2.5m L(E)、2.4m L(F)、2.2m L(G)7个试验方案中,C、D、E三个方案较为适宜,并确定了水浴加热时间,分别在5~8min、6~10min、7~11min达到显色完全稳定。研究的过程和结果为分析测定甘蔗多糖提供了方法和基础。
In order to detect cane polysaccharide, the chromogenic condition of glucose standard curve by anthrone-sulfuric acid method was analyzed.The research showed that:in 90 ℃ the constant temperature water bath, glucose was in range of 10-100 mg/L while the scope of sulfuric acid dosage ratio was in seven test scheme(A 3.0 mL, B 2.8 mL, C 2.7 mL, D 2.6 mL, E 2.5 mL, F 2,4 mL, G 2.2 mL), C, D, E was more appropriate, and heating time of the water bath were determined, respectively, in 5-8 min, 6-10 min, 7-11 min to achieve color completely stable.Process and results of research to provide a method for determination of polysaccharide in sugar cane.
