摘要
主要探究了二甲四氯、莠灭净和敌草隆3种常用甘蔗田间除草剂的除草效果、对甘蔗品种农艺和生理的影响、不同甘蔗品种对3种除草剂的药害、在甘蔗及土壤中的残留动态、化学检测方法以及如何加速除草剂分解等。通过研究甘蔗中除草剂的残留量,揭示除草剂喷施剂量对甘蔗产量和品质的影响,旨在为进行甘蔗基因型抗除草剂特性评价,筛选抗除草剂基因型甘蔗品种提供信息,为以后甘蔗育种提供新的参考方向。
The weeding control effect of three commonly herbicides including MCPa, ametryn and diuron in sugarcane field was explored and impacts on many aspects was dicussed such as agronomic and physiological characters of sugarcane varieties, the phytotoxicity of three herbicides in different sugarcane varieties, residue dynamics and chemical detection methods of three herbicides in sugarcane and soil and how to accelerate the decomposition of herbicides, etc.The study revealed the effect of herbicide spraying dosage on yield and quality of sugarcane, aimed to provide information for assessment of the sugarcane genotypes of herbicide resistant characteristics and screening of herbicide resistant genotypes of sugarcane varieties, moreover, provide a new reference for sugarcane breeding.
