脆蛇接骨丸促进骨愈合的临床分析

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Cuishe Jiegu Pills on Promoting Bone Healing

目的探讨采用脆蛇接骨丸促进骨折愈合的临床研究。方法将收治的896例患者按病员就诊顺序随机分治疗组(n=590)和对照组(n=306),治疗组给予脆蛇接骨丸治疗,对照组给予大连中药厂生产的海洋牌伤科接骨片。2组均定期摄DR片以了解骨痂生长情况;检测并比较2组患者血液流变学和凝血指标。结果治疗组优于对照组,骨愈合缩短时间在1~2周,优于临床愈合时间参考值2~3周,加速了骨折的愈合;与治疗第1 d相比,治疗7 d后2组PT、APTT和TT均有显著升高,且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),Fib、全血比黏度、血浆比粘度、血沉、红细胞电泳和红细胞压积均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脆蛇接骨丸能有效缓解患者的临床症状,加速骨折愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effectof Cuishe Jiegu pills on promoting fracture brittle healing. Methods According to the order of treatment, patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ n=590） and control group（n=306）. The treatment group was treated with Cuishe Jiegu pills, while the control group used the marine brand Jiegu tablets of traumatology of Dalian traditional Chinese medicine factory. To investigate the growth of bone callus with regular DR of 2 groups, hemorheology and coagulation pa-rameters were measured and compared between the 2 groups. Results The treatment group was better than the control group, the bone healing time was 1~2 weeks, which was better than the clinical healing time of 2~3 weeks, accelerated the healing of the frac-ture. Comparing with the treatment of first day, the PT, APTT and TT after 7 d treatment group were significantly increased, and the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.01）. Fib, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation, erythrocyte electrophoresis and hematocrit were significantly decreased（ P〈0.01）, and the treatment group significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cuishe Jiegu pills can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients, accelerate fracture healing, and is worthy of clinical application
