常德贵教授运用半夏厚朴汤从肝论治女性膀胱过度活动症经验

Experience of Professor Chang Degui in Treating Overactive Bladder in Female from the Liver with Banxia Houpu Decoction

目的介绍常德贵教授治疗女性膀胱过度活动症的相关经验。方法通过中医辨证论治,运用半夏厚朴汤从肝论治膀胱过度活动症。结果半夏厚朴汤治疗女性膀胱过度活动症效果确切。结论运用半夏厚朴汤从肝论治女性膀胱过度活动症应在临床实践中大力推广。

Objectives To introduce the clinical application of Chang Degui in the treatment of overactive bladder in female.Methods The syndrome differentiation was used to assess the treatment of overactive bladder in female from the liver with Banxia Houpu decoction. Results It was obviously effective for overactive bladder in female by using Banxia Houpu decoction. Conclusion Using Banxia Houpu decoction according with the liver in treating overactive bladder in female should be promoted in clinical practice.
