Sangan Huagan Decoction in Treating Reflux Esophagitis for 33 Cases

目的观察三合化肝煎治疗反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证的临床疗效;方法共收集65例患者,随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例,均用兰索拉唑和莫沙必利为基础治疗,治疗组加用三合化肝煎,观察证候积分变化反映的疗效及胃镜下食管黏膜炎症变化表现的疗效;结果治疗组的证候疗效及胃镜下食管黏膜炎症疗效均优于对照组;结论三合化肝煎治疗反流性食管炎肝胃郁热证有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanhe Huagan decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis liver and stomach heat syndrome. Methods 65 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 33 cases and control group of 32 cases were treated with lansoprazole and Mosapride for basic treatment. The treatment group was treated with Sanhe Huagan decoction. The the curative effect of syndrome integral change and the effect of endoscopic esophageal mucosal inflammation were observed. Results The syndrome integral change and the effect of endoscopic esophageal mucosal inflammation was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Sanhe Huagan decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis liver and stomach heat syndrome has good clinical curative effect.
