柏子养心汤并六味地黄丸治疗枕颈畸形合并失眠症20例

Baizi Yangxin Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pill in the Treatment of Cervical PillowDeformity Associated with Insomnia for 20 Cases

目的观察柏子养心汤加味并六味地黄丸治疗枕颈畸形合并失眠症的临床疗效。方法将40例枕颈畸形合并失眠患者随机分为2组,治疗组20例予柏子养心汤加味并六味地黄丸治疗,对照组20例予常规治疗,2组均以4 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。比较2组疗效,观察2组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组75.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗前后PSQI各项评分及总分比较,治疗后均低于治疗前。2组治疗后PSQI各项评分及总分比较,治疗组低于对照组,而睡眠障碍评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柏子养心汤加味并六味地黄丸治疗枕颈畸形合并失眠症疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Baizi Yangxin decoction and Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of occipitocervical malformation with insomnia. Methods 40 cases of occipitocervical malformation associated with insomnia were randomly divided into two groups. 20 cases in the treatment group were treated with Baizi Yangxin decoction and Liuwei Dihuang pill. 20 patients in the control group were given routine treatment. The 2 groups were treated by 4 days for one course of treatment.The curative effect of 2 groups was compared, and the changes of sleep quality index（PSQI） score in the groups before and after treatment were observed in 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%, the total effective rate of the control group was 75%, and the treatment group was better than the control group. Before and after treatment, the PSQI scores and total score of the treatment group were compared, and those after treatment was lower than thos before treatment. After treatment, the PSQI scores and total score of 2 groups were compared, the treatment group was lower than the control group, while there was no significant difference in sleep disorder scores（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion Baizi Yangxin decoction and Liuwei Dihuang pill have good curative effect in the treatment of cervical malformation with insomnia.
