复方鳖甲软肝片联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化39例

Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablets Combined with Lamivudine in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis for 39 Cases

目的探究复方鳖甲软肝片联合拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法选取2010年5月—2012年3月我院收治的乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者78例,将所有患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组患者单独应用拉米夫定,观察组患者联合应用复方鳖甲软肝片和拉米夫定,比较2组患者治疗12个月后的HBV DNA转阴率、肝纤维化指标的变化情况以及不良发应发生率,以对比两种治疗方案的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的HBV DNA转阴率较对照组高,HA、LN、PCⅢ、C-IV等肝纤维化指标较对照组下降幅度大,差异具有统计学意义;不良反应发生率与对照组无明显差别,差异不具有统计学意义。结论联合应用复方鳖甲软肝片和拉米夫定治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化较单独应用拉米夫定具有更好的疗效,且不会提高不良反应发生率,安全有效。

Objective To explore clinical effect of compound Biejia Ruangan tablets combined with lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods Selecting 78 cases of hepatitis B liver fibrosis in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given lamivudine, and the observation group was given compound Biejia Ruangan tablets and lamivudine. 12 months after treatment, HBV DNA negative conversion rate, changes of liver fibrosis markers and adverse response rate and the clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, HBV DNA negative conversion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, HA, LN, PC Ⅲ, C-IV and C-IV of the observation group decreased significantly than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Incidence rate of adverse reaction had no significant difference between two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Compound Biejia Ruangan tablets combined with lamivudine in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis has better curative effect, and can not improve the incidence rate of adverse reaction, and is safe and effective.
