经皮椎间孔镜配合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Percutaneous Intervertebral Foramina Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的观察经皮椎间孔镜联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将2012年8月—2015年12月于我院骨伤一科确诊为腰椎间盘突出症的78例患者纳入研究并随机分组。对照组38例患者仅采用经皮椎间孔镜治疗,观察组40例则联合针灸。观察2组患者JOA下腰痛评分、下肢疼痛(VAS评分)的改善及临床疗效差异。结果 2组患者均手术顺利,术后JOA评分均较前增高,VAS评分则降低,但观察组改善更显著,差异显著,P<0.05;两组患者总优良率无显著差异,P>0.05。结论在经皮椎间孔镜联合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,能更好地改善临床症状,促进术后恢复,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of percuta neous lumbar interbody fusion combined with acupuncture in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods 78 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed in our hospital from August 2012 to De-cember 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 38 cases were treated by percutaneous transforaminal lens,while 40 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and percutaneous transforaminal lens. The improvement of lower back pain and lower extremity pain（VAS score） and the difference of clinical curative effect were observed in the 2 groups.The VAS score of the two groups was improved, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. The total excellent and good rate of the two groups was not significant（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with percutaneous lumbar inter-vertebral foramina combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective, which can improve clinical symptom, and promote postop-erative recovery.
