中药熏蒸结合综合康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例

Chinese Herbal Medicine Fumigation Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion for 100 Cases

目的探讨中药熏蒸结合综合康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法选择2013年6月—2015年6月收治的腰椎间盘突了症患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(100例,中药熏蒸结合综合康复)和对照组(100例,综合康复疗法)。观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率(89.0%)优于对照组(71.0%),组间比较,P<0.05;2组VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组VAS评分较对照组明显下降,组间比较,P<0.05;2组JOA评分均较治疗前明显提高,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组JOA评分较对照组明显提升,组间比较,P<0.05。结论中药熏蒸结合综合康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine fumigation combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 200 cases of lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group（100 cases, Chinese herbal medicine fumigation combined with comprehen-sive rehabilitation） and control group（100 cases, comprehensive rehabilitation therapy）. The therapeutic effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（88%） was higher than that of the control group（71%）, comparison between groups P〈0.05. VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased comparing with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. After treatment, VAS score of the observation group decreased significantly comparing with the control group, comparison group, P〈0.05. JOA scores of the two groups were significantly improved comparing with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. After treatment, the JOA score of the observation group improved significantly than the control group group P〈0.05. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine fumigation combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is exact.
