325例过敏性疾病患者血清过敏原检测结果分析

Analysis of Serum Allergen Detection Results in 325 Patients with Allergic Diseases

目的:研究过敏性疾病患者的过敏原,分析统计其种类及阳性率,为临床过敏性疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:用免疫印迹法,对325例过敏性疾病患者的血清进行过敏原检测。结果:325例患者有254例过敏原阳性,总阳性率78.2%。吸入组过敏原阳性率为69.2%,食入组过敏原阳性率为49.2%,吸入组过敏原阳性率高于食入组。结论:合肥地区以吸入性过敏原为主,过敏原以户尘螨、混合霉菌和狗毛皮屑为主。找出过敏原对治疗和预防过敏性皮肤病有着重要意义。

Objective： To study the allergens of allergic diseases, to analyze the types and positive rate, to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases. Methods： the sera of 325 patients with allergic diseases were detected by Western blotting. Results： 325 cases of 254 patients with allergen positive, the total positive rate was 78.2%. The positive rate of inhaled group was 69.2%, the positive rate of food was 49.2%, the positive rate was higher in the inhaled group than that in the food group. Conclusion： the Hefei area dominated by the inhaled allergens, al- lergic to house dust mites, molds and dog dander mainly mixed. It is important to find out the allergens in the treatment and prevention of allergic diseases of skin.
