安徽某地居民选用中医诊疗疾病情况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the Status and Factors of Treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine Selection in the South of Anhui Province

目的:了解安徽某地居民看病时选用中医的情况,并探究其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样方法,选取安庆市宜秀区、大观区及枞阳、潜山、宿松等县的成年居民作为调查对象,采用自编问卷调查,运用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析。结果:928名居民中就医时首选中医占15.4%(103/928),看过中医者占64.5%(599/928),报告的中医疗效中治愈占35.3%(211/598),病情好转占43.3%(259/598)。Logistic回归分析结果提示:年龄(OR=1.405,95%CI=1.126~1.754)、相信中医(OR=1.500,95%CI=1.092~2.062)、认为价格比西医便宜(OR=1.355,95%CI=1.117~1.644)等能促进人们看中医;女性选择中医的意愿弱于男性(OR=0.685,95%CI=0.494~0.949)。在看过中医的居民中,选择中医院者占62.9%(377/599),因慢病而看中医者占65.1%(388/593)。结论:中医看病较西医具有价格和效果优势,应该采取措施,促进中医在人们健康服务中的作用。

Objective： To konw about the status of selecting Chinese Medicine（CM） in the south of Anhui Prov- ince and explore its factors. Methods： Using the conv nient sampling method , choosing adults in Yixiu, Daguan districts and Zongyang, Qianshan, Susong Counties as our research＇ s object, and using self-compiled questionnaire and SPSS 21.0 to do statistics and analysis. Results： 15.4 % residents preferred CM when they see a doctor in 928 adults （103/928）, who have seen CM were occupied for 64.5 % （599/928）, reported in the CM cutative effect of cure occupied for 35.3 % （211/598）, condition improvement occupied for 43.3 % （259/598）.The results of Logistic regression analy- sis： Age（OR=l.405, 95% CI=1.126-1.754）, Believing in traditional Chinese Medicine（OR=1.500, 95% CI=1.092- 2.062）, Thinking the price is cheaper than Western Medicine（OR=1.355, 95% CI=1.117-1.644）can promote people to see traditional Chinese Medicine; Women＇ s willingness to choose traditional Chinese Medicine is weaker than men（OR=0.685, 95% CI=0.494-0.949）. Among the residents who have seen the Chinese medicine, the choice of tra- ditional Chinese Medicine hospitals accounted for 62.9%（377/599）, Traditional Chinese medicine for chronic diseases were occupied for 65.1%（388/593）. Conclusion： Comparing with western medicine, Chinese medicine has the advan- tages of price and effectiveness.we should take steps to promote the role of Chinese medicine in people＇ s health.
