十三味滋阴壮阳胶囊联合西地那非对糖尿病性勃起障碍(阴阳两虚证)临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shisanwei Ziyin Zhuangyang Capsule Combined Sildenafil in Treating Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction(Yin and Yang Deficiency Syndrome)

目的:十三味滋阴壮胶囊联合西地那非对糖尿病性勃起障碍(阴阳两虚证)的临床观察。方法:120例患者以随机数字表法将患者分为十三味滋阴壮阳胶囊联合西地那非组(试验组)60例,单用西地那非组(对照组)60例,于治疗前、治疗2周、4周后记录国际勃起功能问卷评分、性交满意度、中医证侯评分,并对疗效进行评估。结果:性交满意度治疗后比治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),试验组比对照组改善明显(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组证侯改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:十三味滋阴壮阳胶囊联合西地那非对糖尿病性勃起障碍(阴阳两虚证)具有明显增效作用,还能够显著提高性自信,提高患者的性生活质量。

Objective： Shisanwei Ziyin Zhuangyang capsule combined with sildenafil in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction （yin and yang deficiency）. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into Shisanwei Ziyin Zhuangyang capsule combined with sildenafil group（test group） 60 patients, the sildenafil group （control group） 60 cases, before treatment, treatment for 2 weeks, After 4 weeks, the international erectile function questionnaire score, sexual satisfaction, TCM syndrome score, and the evaluation of the efficacy. Results： After treatment, the satisfaction rate of sexual intercourse was significantly improved （P〈0.05）, and the improvement was significant （P〈0.05） in the treatment group compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shisanwei Ziyin Zhuangyang capsule combined with sildenafil has obvious synergistic effect on diabetic erectile dysfunction （yin and yang deficiency syndrome）, and can improve sexual self - confidence and improve the quality of life of patients.
