芒硝外敷对于全膝关节置换术后下肢疼痛肿胀临床观察

The Clinical Observation of External Mirabilite Application on Lower Extremity Pain and Swelling after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的:观察和探讨芒硝外敷对于全膝关节置换术后下肢疼痛肿胀的疗效。方法:选取60例行单侧人工全膝关节置换的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者术后给予弹力绷带加压包扎、患肢抬高、股四头肌功能锻炼、静脉滴注氟比洛芬酯等对症治疗,自手术当天开始,连续使用7d。观察组患者在术后48h拔除引流后增加芒硝外敷,连续使用10d。测量患者术前和术后下肢的肿胀程度,并对患者术后疼痛情况进行VAS评分。结果:对照组和观察组在术后3d、术后7d及术后14d下肢的肿胀程度和术后VAS评分等比较差异有统计学意义。结论:芒硝外敷能够有效的缓解全膝关节置换术后引起的下肢肿胀,减轻患者的疼痛感,并且价格低廉,使用方便,值得在以后的临床中推广运用。

Objective： To observe and explore the effect of mirabilite topical application on lower extremity pain swelling after total knee arthroplasty. Methods： Sixty patients undergoing unilateral artificial total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with elastic bandage after compression, limb elevation, quadriceps exercise, intravenous infusion of flurbiprofen and other symptomatic treatment, since the day of surgery, continuous use 7d. In the observation group, the rats were treated with mirabilite topdress after continuous drainage at 48 hours after operation. The degree of swelling of the lower limbs was measured before and after surgery, and VAS scores were performed on postoperative pain. Results： There was signifi- cant difference between the control group and the observation group in the degree of swelling and the postoperative VAS score at 7 days after operation and 14 days after operation. Conclusion： Glauber＇ s salt topical can effectively relieve the lower extremity swelling caused by total knee arthroplasty, reduce the pain of patients, and the price is low, easy to use, it is worth to use in the later clinical application.
