益气通络法治疗TLIF术后神经根水肿60例临床观察

目的:探讨益气通络法治疗TLIF术后神经根水肿的有效性。方法:按照纳选标准选入适合TLIF手术的病例60例,随机分成治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),2组术后常规治疗使用七叶皂苷钠、地塞米松7D并逐渐减量,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上使用益气通络之剂。观察2组术后疼痛改善程度:术后第3天,2组比较无显著性差异;术后第7天、第14天,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察比较2组患者术后至拆线出院期间治疗后的临床差异。结果:临床疗效治疗组优良率为90%。对照组优良率为76%。治疗组优良率高于对照组。结论:益气通络之剂在治疗TLIF术后的神经根水肿有一定的疗效。
