不同微创腔内手术方式治疗老年膀胱结石患者的疗效分析

Efficacy of different minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with bladder stones

目的:探讨不同微创腔内手术方法治疗老年膀胱结石患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取102例膀胱结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中67例合并前列腺增生,35例为单纯膀胱结石,分别采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术和超声联合气压弹道碎石清石术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组碎石率和最大尿流率高于对照组,而复发率和残余尿量低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声联合气压弹道碎石清石术治疗老年膀胱结石效果佳,并发症少,清除结石彻底,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of different minimally invasive endoscopic surgery in the treatment of elderly patients with bladder stones. Method 102 cases of bladder stones in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,which 67 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH）,35 cases of simple bladder stones,respectively,using ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and ultrasonic combined with pneumatic ballistic gravel stone surgery,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the rate of lithotripsy and the maximum urinary flow rate were higher than the control group,while the recurrence rate and residual urine volume were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of elderly patients with bladder stones,good effect,less complications,clear stones completely,it is worthy of clinical application.
