探析风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用价值

An analyze of application value of risk management in nursing management in operation room

目的:探讨风险管理在手术室护理管理中的应用价值,从而减少并发症的发生率,提高手术成功率。方法:选取行手术治疗108例患者为研究对象,随机将其平均为两组,即对照组和观察组;对照组采用常规性手术室管理方法进行护理干预,观察组采用风险管理方法进行护理干预,并对两组风险事件发生情况及患者手术后恢复情况进行比较。结果:观察组风险事件发生率2/54(例)=3.70%,对照组风险事件发生率8/54(例)=14.81%;观察组意外伤害、切口感染、记录失误、操作不当、准备失误等情况均比对照组出现少,两组差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术前、中、后实施风险管理方法进行护理干预可以减少损失和伤害,从而提高手术成功率,对术后恢复起着至关重要的作用,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of risk management in nursing management in operation room,to reduce the incidence of complications,improve the success rate of operation. Method 108 patients with surgical treatment were selected as study subject. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observation group. The patients in control group received routine nursing by operation room management method,and those in observation group received the nursing by risk management method. Occurrence of risk events and recovery condition postoperative between two groups were compared. Results Occurrence of risk events was 2 /54 cases（ 3. 70%） in observation group and 8 /54 cases（ 14. 81%） in control group,and the unintentional injury,incision infection,recording failure,improper handling,peparation mistake in observation group were less than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention by risk management method in before,during and after operations canreduce loss and injury,thus can improve the success rate of operation,play a crucial role in the course of postoperative recovery. This method is worthy of spreading to application.
