铵(胺)盐对孔雀石表面吸附黄药稳定性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究活化剂对孔雀石表面异戊基黄药吸附稳定性的影响,分别研究了硫化钠、乙二胺磷酸盐、碳酸氢铵、铵(胺)盐等活化剂对孔雀石表面吸附异戊基黄药的影响。试验结果表明:硫化钠、乙二胺磷酸盐、碳酸氢铵以及铵(胺)盐均能有效促进孔雀石表面对黄药的吸附,其效果由高到低依次为:铵(胺)耦合活化剂>碳酸氢铵>乙二胺磷酸盐>硫化钠。与直接硫化浮选相比,组合铵胺盐的添加不仅能提高黄药在孔雀石表面的吸附量和吸附速率,而且还能提高黄药在孔雀石表面吸附的稳定性,具有吸附增敏效应。 In order to investigate the effect of activating agents on adsorption stability of isoamylxanthate on malachite surface,different activators,including sodium sulfide,ethylene diamine phosphate,ammonium bicarbonate,the combination of ammonium( amine) salt were used and studied.The results showed that all these agents could promote the adsorption of isoamylxanthate on malachite surface,the promoting effect ranked as follows: the combination of ammonium( amine) salt 〉ammonium bicarbonate 〉 ethylene diamine phosphate 〉 sodium sulfide. Compared with direct sulphidization flotation,the adding of combination of ammonium( amine) salt could not only improve xanthate adsorption capacity and adsorption rate,but also increase the stability of xanthate adsorption on malachite surface.
