摘要
储气库作为有效的天然气调峰技术,具有库容大、安全性好、储转费低等优点,可确保输气管网高效运行。我国储气库建设相对滞后,总工作气量缺口较大。通过对比分析国内外地下储气库的建设现状和典型储气库的地面工程技术,提出对我国地下储气库地面工程建设的启示:地上、地下一体化,控制储气库产出气组分的变化,简化地面流程;开发针对储气库的离心式压缩机;建立"先关断后放空"理念,采用分区延时放空,以减小放空规模,降低工程投资。
As an effective means for natural gas peak-shaving, Underground Gas Storage(UGS)can help maintain the high-efficiency operation of the gas pipeline network because of its many advantages like huge storage capacity, safety and low cost in storage and transportation. The construction of domestic UGS is relatively lagging, and there is a huge gap of working gas capacity. Based on comparative analysis of construction situation and typical surface engineering technologies, some proposals were presented for UGS projects in China. The first one is to control the change of produced gas components by integrating of aboveground and underground, so as to simplify the ground treatment. The second one is to develop special centrifugal compressors for huge UGS. The third one is to set up an idea that the technology of turn off first, then partition-delay venting can decline the venting-scale substantially, reduce the vent amount, the rate, and further the investment.
