摘要
针对应用于天然气井口节流的涡流管,研究了涡流管的工作特性,以及涡流管中水蒸气的凝结和结冰规律。设计了一种基于自加热方法的不冻堵涡流管方案,并进行了实验验证。研究结果表明,涡流管冷端气流温度虽显著降低,但涡流管喷嘴出口与涡流室均无结冰现象,水蒸气的凝结和结冰发生于冷端管的初始段,从而造成涡流管冷端管的冻堵。带有多孔壁的自加热涡流管能够有效解决涡流管内部的冻堵问题,对涡流管在天然气领域的推广与应用具有重要意义。
Aim to the vortex tube used in the throttle of the natural gas well is investigated in the present study, the performance of the vortex tube, and the condensation and freeze of the water vapor are studied in this paper. A non-freeze vortex tube based on self-heating is proposed and validated experimentally. The result shows that the temperature in the cold side of the vortex tube decreased significantly.The condensation and freeze of the water vapor did not appear in nozzle and vortex chamber of the vortex tube, but appeared in the cold side of the vortex tube which cause freeze blockage. The self-heating vortex tube with porous wall can easily solve the freeze in the inside of the vortex tube, which has important reference for the development and use of the vortex tube in the natural gas field.
