摘要 模型化的计划优化系统是炼化行业长期应用的系统,传统的计划优化软件应用操作困难,软件模型应用没有和业务管理流程进行较好的结合,为了更好地满足企业管理及用户应用需求,简化系统的输入,丰富系统的输出,方便系统与ERP、MES等系统的集成,实现计划优化与财务测算的协同应用,应用新的信息技术,进行了炼化计划排产与效益测算协同应用系统的架构设计与开发,该协同应用系统功能完善,操作简单,系统性能和安全性全面提升,系统建立企业和总部之间统一的测算对接平台,实现"优化—排产—测算"的业务协同,为某石油公司及下属各炼化企业在挖掘生产潜力,降本增效方面提供了很好的支持。 Planning and optimization system by modeling is frequently used in refinery. Traditional software is difficult in operation, and the combination between model application and business management process is poor. In order to meet the needs of the user application and business management better, it should simplify the input and enrich the output to integrate EPR, MES and other systems, which can achieve collaborative application in refinery planning and benefit estimates. Using new information technologies to design and develop collaborative application system in refinery planning and benefit estimates. This collaborative application system is excellent in system function, simple in operation, friendly in interface, fine in system performance and security. A unified platform is established between refinery and headquarters, and business collaboration for 'optimization-planning-benefit estimation' is formed. It can provide good support in efficiency Increasing and costs cutting.
