高校思想政治教育生态风险预警体系构建初探——基于网络境遇的思考

Construction of Early Warning System of Ecological Risk of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Network Circumstances

风险与预警是风险社会的首要特征与对策应对,思想政治教育生态风险预警具有警情预报和预测预防等功能,是建设和谐和维护稳定的必要。网络场域中高校思想政治教育"非生态"表象主要源自教育现状与教育目标的偏离、网络主体因子复杂性、生态系统与网络环境的不和谐、教育介体影响等方面,网络境遇下高校思想政治教育生态风险主要表现在网络环体风险、教育主体风险和教育介体风险等。通过借鉴国内外风险管理经验,探究界定风险容忍度、渗透风险管理和建全风险预警体系的实施策略,以规避和防控网络境遇下高校思想政治教育生态风险。

Risk and early warning are the first characteristics and countermeasures of risk society,Early warning to risk of the ideological and political education ecology functioning as alert forecast and prediction prevention,is building a harmonious and necessary part to maintain stability. ' Non-ecological' appearance in network field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is mainly derived from the deviation of the present education situation and the education target,the complexity of the network main body factor,the disharmony between ecological system and the network environment,the network media influence,etc.Ecological risk to the ideological and political education under the network circumstances mainly displays in network ring,the main body of risk and risk of educational media,etc.Using risk management experience at home and abroad for reference,we explore the definition of risk tolerance,seepage risk management and the construction of risk early warning mechanism for the implementation of the strategy,to avoid and control ecological risk to the ideological and political education under the network circumstances.
