摘要
目的探讨新护士角色转型冲击与心理韧性之间的相关性。方法采用基本情况调查表、新护士角色转型冲击评价量表和心理韧性量表,于2016年4—6月对某市3所医院的189名新护士进行调查。采用Pearson相关性分析探讨新护士角色转型冲击与心理韧性之间的关系。结果本组调查对象角色转型冲击总分为(103.73±6.26)分,得分率为76.8%;各维度的得分率为66.9%~83.2%;不同学历和聘任方式护士角色转型冲击得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(F=7.909,P=0.001;t=2.623,P=0.009)。经Pearson相关性分析,新护士角色转型冲击体验得分与心理韧性得分之间呈极强负相关(r=-0.949,P<0.001)。结论工作1年内新护士面临较大的转型冲击体验,通过建立系统性、针对性、规范化的岗前培训与职后教育体系,同时科室乃至院级层面给予一定的生理、心理与社会方面的支持,以此提升新护士的专业能力和综合素质,较快适应护理专业特征,最大限度地降低职业转型冲击体验感。
Objective To explore the relationship between transition shock and resilience of newly-graduate nurses. Method General information questionnaire, the transition shock of newly-graduated nurses scale and resilience scale were used to investigate189 newly-graduated nurses from April to June 2016 and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between transition shock and resilience of newly-graduated nurses. Results The total score of transition shock was(103.73 ±6.26), with a scoring rate of 76.8%. The scoring rate of each dimension ranged from 66.9% to 83.2%. The score of transition score from nurses with different educational background and employment pattern indicated statistical significance( F =7.909, P =0.001; t =2.623, P =0.009).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was significantly negative relationship between transition shock and resilience( r=-0.949,P〈0.001). Conclusion Since the first year of employment witnessed serious transition shock of newly-graduated nurses, systematic,targeted and standardized pre-job training and post-job educational system are conducive to the improvement of professional skill and comprehensive quality of nurses then consequently reducing their transition shock.
