摘要
荧光假单胞菌定殖在植物根际,主要靠噬铁素对Fe^(3+)的竞争和抗生素产生的拮抗作用抑制病原菌的生长发育,保护植物体不受病菌危害。世界许多国家对荧光假单胞菌的抗病害能力及其菌株产生的多种活性物质,对多种病害有抑制作用均有报道,由此论述了荧光假单胞菌抗生性代谢产物的研究进展。
Fluorescent pseudomonad has prevention and cure function to a variety of plant disease,the colonization of fluorescent pseudomonas is in plant rhizosphere,mainly inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria by eating iron element of Fe^3+antagonism between competition and antibiotics and protects plants from damage caused by germs. The diseaseresistant ability of fluorescent pseudomonad and its strain can produce many kinds of active substances were reported in many countries in the world. Fluorescent pseudomonad antibiosis research progress of metabolites was discussed in this paper.
