摘要
精神分裂症是一种病因复杂、好发于青壮年的慢性疾病,患者具有思维、情感及意志行为的改变,严重影响患者生活质量及社会安定。为探究个性化护理干预在精神分裂症患者的的临床作用,对收治的40例精神分裂症患者采取个性化的护理干预,分析护理前后患者对疾病知识的认识情况及生活质量情况。经过个性化护理干预后,患者健康知识评分及生活质量评分均显著优于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。说明对精神分裂症患者采取一对一的个性化护理干预可以显著改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Schizophrenia is a complicated chronic disease,which mostly strikes young people. The patients have changes in thinking, emotion and will, which seriously affect the quality of life and social stability. To investigate the clinical effect of personalized care intervention in schizophrenic patients, 40 cases of schizophrenic patients were treated with personalized nursing intervention to analyze the life quality of patients before and after nursing. After the individualized nursing intervention, the scores of patients＇ health knowledge and life quality were significantly better than those before nursing, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . It indicates that the one- on-one personalized care intervention for patients with schizophrenia can significantly improve the life quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical use.
