As beneficial bacteria,probiotics is one of the essential elements in body,which can promote the absorption of nutrients. Production and separation of probiotics are found have important application value. In culture cycle of probiotic,its activity can be reflected under the high temperature state. The selection and separation of probiotics were researched,and opinions on its safety research was proposed for reference.
