随着城镇化水平的不断提高,市政管线增容扩容迫在眉睫。城市综合管廊可以将供水、排水、供电、供气等各类市政管线集中敷设在一起,统一规划、统一建设、统一管理,可以有效避免"马路拉链",还能避免因管线与土壤直接接触造成的管线腐蚀老化等问题,在一定程度上可以延长管线的使用寿命,管线集中敷设节约了地下空间,有利于城市的快速发展。
