食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法纳入2013年9月~2014年10月于成都市第三人民医院心血管内科接受冠状动脉造影的住院患者187例。调查患者食用花椒的频率,并运用多元线性回归分析食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉的关系。结果单因素分析提示不同的花椒食用频率以及不同的右侧冠状动脉狭窄程度之间均存在显著差异(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析提示食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉狭窄程度密切相关(P<0.01,95%CI:-39.152,-22.790)。Spearman相关分析提示食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉的狭窄程度呈负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.01)。结论食用花椒与右侧冠状动脉的狭窄程度可能密切相关。 AIM To assess the association between consumption of Chinese prickly ash and right coronary artery stenosis. METHODS Patients who underwent coronary angiongraphy from September 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were investigated. Consumption of Chinese prickly ash was assessed and multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the association between consumption of Chinese prickly ash and right coronary artery stenosis. RESULTS One hundred and eighty-seven patients were included in this study. Single factor analysis found a significant difference between the frequency of different consumption patterns of Chinese prickly ash and different degrees of right coronary artery stenosis (P〈0.01). Multiple linear regression model showed that consumption of Chinese prickly ash was associated with right coronary artery stenosis (P〈0.01, 95%CI: -39.152, -22.790). Spearman's correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between Chinese prickly ash and right coronary artery stenosis (r=-0.59, P〈0.01). CONCLUSION Consumption of Chinese prickly ash may be closely associated with right coronary stenosis.
