摘要
空心楼盖结构作为一种新的结构形式出现,有其自身的特点,特别是在高层建筑中可以通过降低框架梁高度,在保证层高不变的基础上,显著增加净高,从而为业主带来更加舒适的使用体验。本文将以一算例,通过Strat有限元程序分析软件分别对一高层建筑进行空心楼盖和普通楼盖两种结构形式进行建模计算,分析比较两种结构的整体性能,以期为空心楼盖在高层结构中的设计应用提供参考。
Hollow floor structure, as a new structure form, has its own characteristics, especially using in the high - rise building. It can significantly increase the clear height by reducing the beam height,meanwhile leaving the story height unchanged, so as to bring more comfortable experience for the owners. This paper will take an example, using Strat finite element analysis software modeling two types of structure of a high - rise building : hollow floor slab and solid floor slab, and analysis the overall performance of the two structures. In the hope of providing reference for the de-sign and application of hollow floor structure in high - rise buildings.
